Completely disappointed with this cities food!! Went their for a week to enjoy good food and was shocked at how bad the food was. I had to pinch myself to see if I was in Mexico. For some odd reason they have adopted this really bad American style of eating (fast food style) that's very unhealthy, which explains why they are very overweight. Really!!

Yup! I have to say that Jalisco has the major influence of Mexican food in the US. The 400+ miles of California coastline is influenced by Jalsico style Mexican food. It's the best.
